So wird zum Beispiel unsere Eiche Rohware beim Eintreffen erst kontrolliert vorgetrocknet zum Fasers\u00e4ttigungspunkt in unsere speziellen Vortrocknungskammer. Erst dann wird die Eiche richtig getrocknet und zum letzten verarbeitet bis Massivholz Platten. Die Lamellen sind hochfrequent verleimt worden gem\u00e4\u00df Beanspruchungsgruppe D3 oder D4 (abh\u00e4ngig von der Holzart).<\/li>\n<li>Die Lamellen bei Nadelholz Platten mit durchgehenden Lamellen sind 45mm breit. Die Lamellen sind hochfrequent verleimt worden gem\u00e4\u00df Beanspruchungsgruppe D4.<\/li>\n<li>Die Lamellen bei Laubholz Platten mit keilgezinkten Lamellen sind 40mm breit und werden gebildet aus Teilen von 25 \u2013 60cm L\u00e4nge. Die Lamellen sind hochfrequent verleimt worden gem\u00e4\u00df Beanspruchungsgruppe D3.<\/li>\n<li>Laubholz und Nadelholz 3-Schichtplatten haben durchgehenden Decklamellen mit eine St\u00e4rke von ca. 5,5mm. Die Zwischenschicht ist gebildet aus keilgezinkten Lamellen der gleichen Holzart. 3-Schichtplatten sind hochfrequent verleimt worden gem\u00e4\u00df Beanspruchungsgruppe D3 f\u00fcr Laubholzplatten und AW-100 F\u00fcr Nadelholz Platten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Holzarten<\/strong><br \/>\nAhorn \u2022\u00a0Birke\u00a0\u2022 Buche\u00a0\u2022 Eiche\u00a0\u2022\u00a0Teewood\u00a0\u2022 Esche\u00a0\u2022 Iroko \u2022 Kirschbaum\u00a0\u2022 Mahagoni (sapeli) \u2022 Nu\u00dfbaum\u00a0\u2022\u00a0Fichte\u00a0\u2022 Kiefer<\/p>\n<p><strong>Klimatisieren <\/strong>unsere Platten sind stabil und mit gr\u00f6\u00dfter Sorgfalt hergestellt. Allerdings ist Holz ein Naturprodukt und daher bleibt es empfindlich auf Schwankungen der Luftfeuchtigkeit. Wir empfehlen daher die Platten vor der Verarbeitung eine Weile klimatisieren zu lassen. Um ein Verziehen zu vermeiden werden die Platten aus der Folie horizontal gelagert. Als Ergebnis wird die Anziehungskraft der Luft allseitig gleich stark sein.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Afwerking\u00a0<\/strong>die Platten werden mit K\u00f6rnung 100-120 beidseitig geschliffen. F\u00fcr die Weiterverarbeitung der Platten haben Sie die Wahl von vielen \u00d6len und Lacken.
